Once you place a COD order, a confirmation mail is shared by the Fashionmozo team. In case you don't receive any confirmation, you can contact us at email@example.com.
There may be various reasons for failed transactions, it might be due to technical glitch or incorrect payment credentials. If there is no order confirmation and the amount has been deducted from your account then don't place any second order for the same product. Normally, your order will automatically be confirmed by our system within few hours. Besides this, a confirmation message will be sent to the customer through Email and SMS. However, if due to any reason, your order is not confirmed or you get a payment declined message, please contact your bank. You may be required to submit a screenshot of your account statement. You need not panic for anything as your amount will be refunded to you in case of failed order transactions.
If you are choosing Cash on Delivery mode of payment, go to the payment page and please select the 'Cash On Delivery' option. COD limit may differ from customer to customer as such things mainly depend on the order rejection percentage. Order Rejection Percentage is actually the number of undelivered orders which are returned from the address provided by the customer after three successful delivery attempts. If there exists any COD limit breach, your order will be canceled and you will have to place a new order using Pre-payment options.
Fashionmozo reserves the right to determine the COD limit for every customer and/or order. The COD of Fashionmozo includes undelivered, unpaid orders and any new orders that are being placed.
If your payment fails, you need to retry and also make sure that the information i.e., account details, billing addresses and passwords entered is accurate. If your payment still fails, use the COD payment option. If your payment is debited from your account after a payment failure, it will be credited back within few working days, so customers need not panic about anything.
